Pasties
When was the last time you actually ate a real Cornish pasty? One made from local ingredients, like organic Cornish beef, and hand-crimped and baked in a Cornish bakery? Too long, probably. Eat a Duchy Cornish pasty and remind yourself just how good they can be.
Pies
A good pie is a feast. We take the finest organic meat, slowly braised for a tender, succulent texture, and then cook them with hearty gravies and sauces in our own bakery in Cornwall. The recipes are traditional, the pastry is all butter and the results sensational.
Bread
Bread as it should be: stone-ground organic flour and extra virgin olive oil, with either mixed seeds, honey and sunflower seeds, or rolled oats. Each loaf is individually hand-rolled and baked by craftsmen.
